The experience behind it
BidEngine is built by Paul Bryan, founder of ProofWorks Limited, drawing on nearly three decades across facilities management, highways, energy and public sector procurement — on both sides of the table. He’s written the bids. He’s also sat where the evaluator sits, scoring other people’s submissions against the criteria that actually decide the result.
That dual view is why BidEngine is opinionated. It constrains the model to evidence you can prove. It puts a human signature on the strategy before a word is drafted. And it scores the way a real evaluation panel scores — because that’s the room the founder has spent his career in.
